当前，随着胸部CT的普及，肺部结节的发生率越来越高，其实也不是发生率越来越高，而是发现率越来越高。那么对于结节，一般来说，主要在于判断是良性还是恶性，有的时候在微结节、小结节的时候很难直接判定是良性还是恶性的，如果考虑良性可能性大的话，一般会建议定期复查，比如三个月，六个月后复查，根据的两次检查的变化来判断。北京中医医院呼吸科马家驹
那么这时候很多人就会追求中医的治疗，结节就是一个肺部异常组织在CT上的表现。皮肤上长了个痘痘是结节，同理，可以理解为肺上也长了类似于脸上的痘痘，表现为和周边肺组织不一样的密度影，就是结节。西医看来结节病因很多，如果考虑有感染因素的话，可以给予抗生素诊断性治疗，往往需要定期复查来看。
