肾病原发性肾病综合征

当患者没有其它疾病，而是由于患者肾脏本身出现问题导致肾病综合征时，称为原发性肾病综合征。

　　原发性肾病综合征

　　当患者没有其它疾病，而是由于患者肾脏本身出现问题导致肾病综合征时，称为原发性肾病综合征。儿童可见于微小病变型肾病;青少年可见系膜增生性肾小球肾炎、微小病变肾病、局灶性节段性肾小球硬化、系膜毛细血管性肾小球肾炎;中老年见于膜性肾病。

　　继发性肾病综合征

　　继发性是指患者由于其它疾病而继发肾病综合征，很多疾病可以导致肾病综合征。继发性肾病综合征儿童可见于过敏性紫癜肾炎、乙型肝炎病毒相关性肾炎、系统性红斑狼疮肾炎;青少年可见于系统性红斑狼疮、过敏性紫癜肾炎、乙型肝炎病毒相关性肾炎;中老年人可见于糖尿病肾病、肾淀粉样变性、骨髓瘤性肾病、实体肿瘤性肾病等。
