脾丸是一种由炙黄芪、炙甘草、党参、炒白术、炒酸枣仁、龙眼肉、茯苓、当归、木香、制远志、大枣组成的中成药，具有养血安神和益气健脾的功效。

归脾丸是一种由炙黄芪、炙甘草、党参、炒白术、炒酸枣仁、龙眼肉、茯苓、当归、木香、制远志、大枣组成的中成药，具有养血安神和益气健脾的功效。它主要用于治疗由思虑过度、劳伤心脾、气血两虚引起的虚劳，由心脾两虚、心神失养引起的不寐，由气血虚弱、脑失所养造成的眩晕，由脾虚气虚不能统血、血溢肠内造成的便血，以及由脾虚气虚不能统血引起的崩漏。
因此，归脾丸并不直接用于治疗阴虚或阳虚。若你存在阴虚或阳虚的症状，建议及时咨询专业医生进行针对用药。
